Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
- 1/2 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch dressing mix
- 1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions

- 1 deep dish pie crust
- Bake til light brown by directions of pie product
- In microwaveable dish mix together
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup self rising flour
- Then add Small amount of HOT water til mixed.
- Add ingredients listed below
- 2 egg yolk (save egg whites for meringue)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 full teaspoon good vanilla
- Cook in microwave for 3 minute intervals total 9 minutes.
- Stir between 3 minute intervals!
