Barbecued Picnic Chicken Recipe

In a large saucepan, saute garlic in butter until tender
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 2 broiler/fryer chickens (3-1/2 to 4 pounds each), quartered

- 1/3 cup chopped onion

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 heaping tablespoons Biscoff spread
- 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 pre-made regular graham cracker crust

- 1 1 to 350°F. oven to 350°F.
- 2 2 5 2 to to 5 equal parts. Tint each with a different gel food color (red, orange [mix red and yellow], yellow, green, blue), and add 2 tablespoons of the flour to each to keep from becoming overly sticky.
- 4 4 to to sharp knife to cut edges of dough to even out rectangle. Starting at long side of dough, roll up.
- 5 5 1/2-inch Sprinkle parchment paper with sparkling sugar. Roll dough gently in sugar until coated. Cut into 1/2-inch slices with sharp knife, then press one side of each round into sparkling sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, sugar side up.
