To make the water roux, whisk together the flour and water in a small saucepan

- 3 tablespoons (25 g) Gluten Free Bread Flour*
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) water, at room temperature

- 3 cups (420 g) Gluten Free Bread Flour*, plus more for sprinkling
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
- 2 teaspoons (6 g) instant yeast
- 2 teaspoons (12 g) kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons (28 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (115 g) plain whole-milk yogurt, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup (5 1/3 fluid ounces) milk, at room temperature
- Water roux
- Unsalted butter, for brushing the tops
- Toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling (optional)
Grilled Chicken with Lemon Basil Pasta

Cook pasta, reserving 1 cup of hot pasta water when you drain
- 4 whole Grilled Chicken Breasts, Sliced
- 1 pound Penne Pasta, Cooked Until Al Dente
- 1/2 stick Butter
- 3 whole Lemons, Juiced
- 3/4 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Half-and-half
- 1-1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (or Romano)
- Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- 20 whole Basil Leaves, Chopped
Pig Pickin Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- For the cake:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick margarine (softened)
- 1 1/2 (14 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained, 1/2 cup juice reserved
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For the topping:
- 1 (4 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 can (20 oz. can) crushed pineapple, juice reserved
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 4 oz. whipped topping (COOL WHIP) (half a regular tub)
- extra mandarin orange slices, for garnish
Slow Cooker Caramel Apple Crumble

In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, apples, salt, and cinnamon
- For the apples:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 5 large apples, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- For the topping:
- 2/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup loosely packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Prepare the brownies: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Brownie:
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Cookie Dough:
- 3/4 cup butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

- 3 Tablespoons whole milk

Using a 9 X 13 pan cover bottom with 1 bag of frozen hash browns and add salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag of frozen hash browns (Ore Ida w/ peppers & onions)
- 1 package of bacon (cooked)
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 6 eggs
- Salt & pepper
- Sharp cheddar
- 1 cup Milk

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 3/4 cups white sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs

- 2 cups shredded carrots

- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
