In a medium saucepan bring milk, butter and sugar to a boil and cool slightly
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 4-6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
Slow Cooker Bourbon Chicken

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of slow cooker
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
4 Ingredient Chicken Marinade

Let it marinade for at least 4 hours or best over night
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar

- 1 can pineapple chunks, in juice
- 1 banana
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Double Chocolate Banana Pound Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Flour
- 1/4 Cup White Rice Flour
- 1/4 Cup Potato Starch
- 1/4 Cup Tapioca Starch
- 1/2 tsp. Xantham Gum
- 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt (fine)
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. Ener G Egg Replacer Powder
- 3-4 Medium Ripe Bananas
- 1/3 Cup Oil/Butter Substitute (melted) - your choice
- 2 TB Dairy Free Yogurt ( I use So Delicious Coconut Milk, Vanilla)
- 3/4 Cup Organic Brown Sugar or Palm Sugar
- 1 tsp Organic Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Allergy Free Chocolate Chips ( I use Enjoy Life)
Fried Avocado with a Tangy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce | Primally Inspired

Cut your avocados in half lengthwise and remove the pit
- Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 2 eggs
- splash of milk (dairy, coconut, almond, etc.)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour (you can find coconut flour here)
- 2 T grated parmesan or romano cheese (if you cannot eat dairy, you can just leave it out or substitute almond flour)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- coconut oil for frying (or oil of your choice)
- Tangy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
- 2 T all natural dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 T balsamic vinegar
- 1 T all natural mayonnaise
- 1 tsp pure raw honey (you can leave this out for a sugar free option)
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
IHOP Buttermilk Pancakes

Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 sugar
Dreamy Orange Summer Fruit Dip

Combine: Mix the first three ingredients together
- 1 8 oz container whipped topping
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 6 oz container of frozen (concentrated) orange juice
- Fruit for dipping (strawberries, mango, grapes, pineapple, etc)
White Chicken Enchiladas

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 8 flour tortillas, soft taco size
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (I used half of a rotisserie chicken)
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 stick of butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 king-sized milk chocolate bars (or 4 regular chocolate bars)
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme/fluff
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups GF Flour Mix (I used King Arthur GF mix)
- 3/4 cup GF graham cracker crumbs (I used kinnikinnick graham cracker crumbs)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
