- 2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese

- 2 cups milk

- 1 cup corn (cooked or frozen)
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli (cooked or raw, raw will turn out crunchier)
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

- A few slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon herbes de provence, or other dried herbs, or a Tbsp of fresh chopped herbs such as basil, rosemary, or thyme

- 1/3 cup butter or non-dairy alternative (Earth Balance® Buttery Sticks)
- 1/2 cup unrefined coconut palm sugar (or light brown sugar)

- 1-2 Tbs. milk, dairy or non-dairy

- I box (16 ounce of elbow macaroni)
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream ( 1 can of evaporated milk(12 ounce) would work or even whole milk)I think I added a little more till I got the consistency I was looking for- (Tablespoon at a time)
- 3 Tb of butter
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups of water

- 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
- 10 drops Roman Chamomile Essential oil*
- Roman Chamomile EO is more relaxing, while German Chamomile EO is a better anti-inflammatory.
