- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
- 2 thick slices heirloom tomatoes (or regular tomatoes)

- 1/2 cup packed arugula
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

- 12 large green onions with tops, divided
- 1 can + 4 individual serving cups of DOLE mandarin oranges, divided
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
- 3/4 cup orange marmalade jam
- 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Korean sweet & spicy sauce–divided (can substitute similar Asian sauce)
- 1 package (16 ounce) pasta noodles, those that you can wrap, if you like, around the chop, I used a red pepper infused noodle, your choice on your noodle!

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds turkey breast tenderloin (2 pieces)
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Korean sweet & spicy sauce (can substitute any other type of hot sauce and adjust to your level of ‘heat’)
- 1/2 large onion cut into 4 large chunks
- 2 ribs celery, cut into large pieces
- 2 (4 ounce) cup servings of diced DOLE peaches w/juice (divided with second cup drained)
- 10 ounces frozen peas
- 1/3 cup fresh flat parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (jarred) chopped
