- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2- 2/3 cup grapeseed oil
- Fine sea salt
- 2 tablespoons ponzu sauce or tamari (dark soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
