Whole Grain Apple Cake

Heat oven to 375°. Coat 9" springform pan with non-stick cooking spray
- 1 box Whole Grain Apple-Cinnamon Muffin Mix
- 3 medium Granny Smith or Gala apples, peeled, cored and cut in 1/4 inch thick slices.
- 3 Tblsp sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Grilled Zucchini

Directions Slice zucchini in half lengthwise; rub with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and pepper
- 1 medium zucchini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano leaves
- 1 pinch black pepper and salt (to taste)
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Slow Cooker Chili Cheese Dip

nstructions Cook ground beef until completely cooked
- 1 1/2 lbs. cooked hamburger
- 1 can dark red kidney beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1/2 large white onion diced
- 10 ounce bag frozen corn
- 1 4 4 ounce can chopped green chiles optional
- 2 10 10 ounce cans diced fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 8 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 16 ounces Velveeta cut into cubes
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro optional
Asparagus Casserole

Line asparagus on bottom of pan
- 3 cups chopped asparagus
- 2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2/3 cup yellow onion
- 2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 small jars chopped pimento
- 2 small cans Pet Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 stacks crackers
- 1 stick oleo (I use butter)
BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE BUTTER CAKE

This cake is so good and the lemon glaze makes it even better
- 1 box Kroger Butter Recipe Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
- 3.5 ounce box Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- Lemon Glaze
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups (more or less) confectionery sugar
Spinach and Tortellini Soup

Directions Bring 4 cups stock and 1 cup water to a boil in a large saucepan
- 4 cups stock
- 1 cup water
- 9 ounce package of cheese tortellini
- 6 ounce package of baby spinach
- Parmesan cheese
- season with salt and pepper
Egg Salad

Mix all ingredients, chill and then serve with crackers, or make sandwiches
- 4 chopped boiled eggs
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 2 tblsp green onion
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- dash of pepper
Fudge Frosting - Ava

Bring mild and butter just to boi, stirring constantly
- Combine in sauce pan:
- 1/3 c milk
- 1/4 c butter
- Bring just to boil, stirring constantly. remove from heat. Add:
- 16 oz pck chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Add at end:
- 2 1/4 c powdered sugar
Loaded Baked Potato Casserole

Heat oven to 350°. Spray 13 X 9 baking an with non-stick cooking spray
- 1 12 oz cans Pet Evaporated Milk
- 2 c water
- 6 Tblsp butter
- 3 4.9 boxes Hungry Jack Cheddar and Bacon Potaoes
- 2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c chopped green onions
- 1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
State Fair Herb Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
- 1 large package (17.3 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits), cut into sixths
- 1 small package (10.8 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits), cut into sixths
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
