Banana Bread Bites

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup ripe mashed bananas (about 3)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Cabbage Soup

Brown ground beef over medium heat
- 2 pounds Ground Beef 90% lean
- 1/4 onion large, diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1 head cabbage large, chopped
- 4 cubes bouillon
- 10 oz Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 1 can
- 4 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Bacon Mushroom Chicken Recipe

In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp
- 2 bacon strips, halved
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/4 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Easy Skinny Roasted Brussels Sprouts

- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
- kosher salt
- Marshmallows, for topping

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1/2 pound thin sliced deli ham, coarsely chopped
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- paprika for sprinkling
Spinach Hash Brown Quiche

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Butter a 9-inch pie dish
- 1 (20 ounce) bag frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk (heated)
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach (thawed and drained of excess liquid)
- 8 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
- 3 large eggs (beaten)
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Lemon Sauce for Gingerbread

Lemon Sauce: Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan
- LEMON SAUCE:
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. water
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
Homemade Olive Garden Breadsticks

- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 4 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
