- 1 cup celery chopped fine
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped fine
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp poppy seed

- 1 tbs creole mustard
- 1/4 cup strained lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tbs finely chopped parsley
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp capers
