Bloody Mary

- Tomato juice, your favorite or even Mr. T's mix
- 3 teaspoon of horseradish from a jar
- 2 teaspoons of grated onion
- 1 teaspoon worcester sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- tobasco sauce to taste
- juice of 2 limes or juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime
Pork Chops with Peppers and Brandy

Pour 2 to 3 oz olive oil in large skillet
- 4 lean pork loin chops
- 1 large sliced onion
- 2 handfuls of black or green olives
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced into slivers
- 1 jar (8 oz) roasted red peppers, drained and julienned
- 5-6 oz brandy
Pasta: Fettuccine with Artichokes, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Walnuts

Cook fettuccine as desired and reserve 1/4 to 1/2 cup liquid
- 8 oz. fettuccine
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 6 oz. jar marinated quartered artichoke hearts, drained
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup regular sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives or green onion tops
Appetizer: Salmon Tar Tar

Put salmon in bowl. Add lime juice and shallots and rest of ingredients to bowl
- 1 lb. fresh salmon diced
- 1/2 lb smoked salmon, diced
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup shallots
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 3 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- Icing glue
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon water

While dining in a cafe in Arezzo, Italy I was served this fabulous dish and I couldn't wait to make this for family...
- 1 whole, boned with skin on chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped rosemary (4 sprigs)
- 4-5 chopped whole garlic cloves
- 1 whole lemon sliced thin
- l whole lemon zested
- 1 juice of whole lemon
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 tbls kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper

Position rack in lowest third of oven and preheat to 350*
- 2 tablespoons (1/4 stick) unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons instant expresso powder
- 5 oz semiswseet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur
- 3 large egg yolks
- 6 large egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- powdered sugar
- Coffee Caramel Creme Anglaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 2/3 cups half and half
- 3 egg yolks
- 1-1/4 teaspoon instant espresso powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dressing: Caesar Salad

Process the first 7 ingredients
- 1 room temp extra lg egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 8 to 10 anchovy fillets
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (3 lemons)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salad: Salmon
