  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 or 3 (10.75-ounce) cans Tomato Soup
  • 1/4 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped (optional)
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Rice, cooked
