Supreme Pizza

This is my favorite homemade pizza!
- Half of a 15 oz. can Contadina Pizza Sauce
- Two 6.5 oz. packages Betty Crocker Pizza Crust
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. lean Ground Beef
- 3/4 of a 3.5 oz. pkg. Hormel Pepperoni Slices
- 1/8 lb. sliced ham, shredded
- 4 oz. can Green Giant Mushrooms Stems and Pieces, drained
- 6 oz. can Large Black Olives, drained and sliced in half
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 large tomato, seeded and diced
- Oregano (optional)
Pork Loin with Apricot Glaze

This is a recipe that was inspired by the fruit that I found in the grocery store
- 2 - 2 1/2 lbs. Boneless Pork Roast
- 8 apricots, cored and diced OR 12.75 oz. jar Sugar-Free Apricot Preserves + 1/4 cup water
- 1" piece fresh ginger root, peeled and finely chopped
- 2 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Two 14 1/2 oz. cans Chicken Broth
Dirt Cups

This is an excellent pudding snack for children and adults of all ages!
- 2 cups cold milk
- 3.9 oz. pkg Instant JELL-O Chocolate Pudding
- 8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 16 oz. pkg Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, crushed (Oreos work well)
- 1 pkg gummy worms, flowers, or frogs
- 8 - 10 7 oz. plastic cups
Heather's Chinese Soy Chicken

This is a recipe that I created when I wanted to have a Chinese meal but didn't want to spend the money on take-out
- 2 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips
- Two 4 oz. cans Green Giant Mushroom Stems and Pieces
- 14 oz. can La Choy Bean Sprouts
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Rice, cooked
- Chow Mein Noodles

Apple Raisin Dressing

This is the only homemade dressing recipe that I have made that my family enjoys on the holidays
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 2 cups apple, diced
- 4 - 6 1 1/2 oz. boxes of raisins
- 1 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 4 cubes Wyler's Chicken Bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 cups white wine
- 2 eggs
- 14 oz. pkg Pepperidge Farm Seasoned Stuffing
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
