This is my favorite homemade pizza!

  • Half of a 15 oz. can Contadina Pizza Sauce
  • Two 6.5 oz. packages Betty Crocker Pizza Crust
  • 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. lean Ground Beef
  • 3/4 of a 3.5 oz. pkg. Hormel Pepperoni Slices
  • 1/8 lb. sliced ham, shredded
  • 4 oz. can Green Giant Mushrooms Stems and Pieces, drained
  • 6 oz. can Large Black Olives, drained and sliced in half
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and diced
  • Oregano (optional)

This is a recipe that was inspired by the fruit that I found in the grocery store

  • 2 - 2 1/2 lbs. Boneless Pork Roast
  • 8 apricots, cored and diced OR 12.75 oz. jar Sugar-Free Apricot Preserves + 1/4 cup water
  • 1" piece fresh ginger root, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Two 14 1/2 oz. cans Chicken Broth
