Heather's Country Fried Steak

This recipe was a variation of a family friend's recipe
- Steaks:
- 4 Cubed Beef Steaks
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay
- Gravy:
- 2 - 15 oz. cans chicken broth
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Old Bay
- 1/2 tsp salt
Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 3 medium very ripe bananas, mashed (1 1/2 cups)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter OR margarine, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt

- 2 1/2 lbs. pork sausage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 cups water (to be used with Bouillon cubes ONLY)

- 8-12 lb Hillshire Farm Bone-In Brown Sugar Cured Ham (Spiral Sliced)
- 1 Tbsp salt (for every 5 lbs of ham)

- 2 ripe avocados, cut in half and the inside avocado meat removed
- 1/3 cup white onion, finely diced
- 1/3 cup tomato, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 Tbsp jalepeño, finely diced (optional)
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
