Cover mixing bowl well with plastic wrap and leave in kitchen at room temperature to rest for 18 hr
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. instant rise dry yeast. quick rise/ rapid rise etc.
- 3 tsp table salt
- Mix dry ingredients in clean mixing bowl.
- When the dry ingredients are well mixed add 1/2 cup beer (lager)
- 1 tsp white vinegar.
