Combine the oil, sugar, and blackberries
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups fresh blackberry
- 3 egg, slightly beaten
- 3 cups flour, self-rising
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 10 tablespoons brown sugar, heaping
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 24 marshmallows, miniature

Heat oil in a Dutch oven, over a medium flame
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup onion, minced
- 1 cup celery, minced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 cups tomato concasse (finely diced and seeded)
- 1/4 pound smoked summer sausage, small dice
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon file powder
- 1/2 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined, raw
- 1/4 pound lump crabmeat, picked
- 3 cups rice, hot cooked
Organic Potato Pancakes

I love potato pancakes and here is a healthy version that is excellent
- 1 organic baking potato, grated
- 1 teaspoons Celtic sea salt
- 2 teaspoons whey
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons spelt flour
- Celtic sea salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon organic butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Horseradish Sauce

- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup prepared hot horseradish
- 1 teaspoon salt
Quick Lettuce Kimchi

1. Roughly chop the larger leaves of lettuce, leaving the smaller leaves whole
- 5 cups chopped Bibb or romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup grated daikon or red salad radishes
- 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- 1/2 –1 tablespoon Korean red chile pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons white or cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon finely grated garlic, about 2 cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds

- 2 teaspoons baking powder
