Oven Roasted Red Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic

- •1 1/2 pounds small new red potatoes (about 15), scrubbed and dried

Beef Tenderloin Steaks with Gorgonzola

- •4 (1 1/2-inch-thick) beef tenderloin steaks
- •1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, eyeball it
- •Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley leaves

- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked long or medium-grain white rice
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- Water
Grilled Pizza with Ricotta and Pesto

- 12 ounces pizza dough
- Flour, for rolling surface
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 2 cups ricotta cheese, preferably whole milk
- 4 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan

Bourbon And Chocolate Pecan Pie

Anasazi Beans with Ham Bone

Anasazi beans are a sweeter and mealier dry bean, that do not require pre-soaking
- 2 cups dry Anasazi beans, washed and sorted
- 4 cups water
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 ham bone (from sprial-cut ham with plenty of meat and use as much of the honey/sugar glaze as you can save)
