I start preparing this entree the night before I plan to grill it
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (1 inch thick)

- 1 lb. fresh shrimp, shelled and deveined

Mini Sweet Potato Pies

- 3/4 pound sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crust
- 3/4 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

These no-fuss meatballs make a marvelous main meal
- SAUCE:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
