Mix the 1/2 cup butter, white sugar, egg and cocoa
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Filling:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp vanilla custard powder or pudding powder
- 2 cups icing sugar
- Topping:
- 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tsp butter
Oven Baked Barbecue Spareribs

Mix ingredients together and pour over cut up spareribs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 1 tbsp celery seed
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- dash of tobasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 medium onion - sliced
- 1 lemon - sliced

Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and instant pudding in small bowl
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) white chocolate chips
- 2 cups chopped macadamia nuts
Grilled Shrimp in a White Wine Reduction

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium high heat
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces and softened
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Italian parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- 6 apples, diced
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 cups turkey or chicken stock
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
