In a large bowl, combine sauerkraut, onion, green pepper, celery and carrots
- 4 cups sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cups shredded carrot, packed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup cold water

- 8 Lasagna Noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1 5 0z can crab
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Your Mom's Hamburger Soup

Brown meat and onions. Drain well (rinse)
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion - chopped fine
- 1 large can tomatoes (diced)
- 2 cups water
- 3 cans beef broth
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 2/3 cup barley
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- Pepper to taste

- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 tsp green food colour
- sprinkles
