- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 pkg Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 1/4 cups cold milk, divided
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip, divided
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 pkg (4 serving size) Butterscotch Instant Puddding
- 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
Warm Chunky Crab Spread

Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and pepper until smooth
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg crab delights (pollock) chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Grease the sides of a dutch oven with butter
- 12 slices of bread
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups milk
Summer Fettucini

Bring 2 quarts of water to a full boil
- 8 oz fresh or frozen shrimp
- 8 oz fettucini or spaghetti
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 small unpeeled zucchini, cut into julienne strips
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Finely grated peel of 1 lemon
- Salt and white pepper to taste

- 1 tsp mustard

- 1/4 tsp salt

Lemon Chiffon Cake

Sift flour, 1 cup sugar, salt and baking powder into a mixing bowl
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 1/4 cups cake flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp lemon rind
- 8 or 9 egg whites (enough for 1 cup)
