- 2 cups butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Swiss Steak

cover with flour and brown with a little oil on each side
- cube steak
- flour
- oil
- 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup
- 2 envelopes of lipton onion soup
Vegetable Dip

Mix ingredients and refrigerate at least one hour before serving to mix flavors
- Hellmans Mayonnaise 2/3 cup
- Sour cream 1/3 cup
- Accent 1 tsp
- Minced onion 1 tbs

- Dill weed 1 tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 pkg 10oz chopped spinach thawed and drained
- handful of pepperoni-chopped
- 8 oz shredded Montery Jack
- 8 oz shredded Montery Jack with jalapenos
- 1 evelope dry onion soup
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- dash salt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

- 1-1/2 pounds uncooked penne pasta
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms

- 8 ounces smoked mozzarella cheese
- 2 large shallots, chopped
- 1/4 cup (5 to 6) sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
- 1/3 cup packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck (80% lean)
- 1 pound ground pork
