Potato Salad

Cut potatoes into bite size cubes
- 6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
- 12 large eggs
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Potato Stew

Start by making a roux. Then add pickled meat and onion and cook until tender

- 1 1/2 pounds potato peeled
- 1 package pickled meat
- 1 large onion chopped fine

- 4 green onions sliced

- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Pralines 1

Combine sugar, buttermilk, and baking soda in pot
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups pecans
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix sugar and cream together and bring to a hard boil
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cups pecans chopped
Pumpkin Bread

Cream shortening and sugar
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 4 eggs beaten
- 1 #202 can pumpkin
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon each of cloves, ginger, & nutmeg
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Punch Bowl Cake

- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 packages frozen strawberries thawed and drained
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained
- 6 bananas peeled and sliced
- 2 large boxes Vanilla Pudding

Puppy Chow

Melt chocolate, peanut butter, and butter in microwave or in a double boiler and pour over cereal
- 1 box Crispix cereal
- 1 (16 oz) chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 stick butter
- 1 box confectioner's sugar
Raw Vegetable Dip
