Spicy Grilled Chicken

Clean chicken breasts. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix and creole seasoning on both sides of each chicken breast
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 2 cups Italian salad dressing
- 1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
- Zatarain's Creole Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce
Spinach Artichoke Casserole

Saute onion in 1/2 stick butter with garlic
- 1 stick butter
- 3 packages frozen chopped spinach
- 2 large cans artichoke hearts quartered
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- seasoned bread crumbs
- salt, pepper, and tabasco to taste
Spinach Artichoke Dip

Microwave spinach as per directions and drain
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1 large white onion
- 1 (8 oz) Monterey jack cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz) sour cream
- 1 can artichoke hearts or bottoms
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (5 oz) parmesan cheese
Spinach Balls

Cook spinach according to directions - let cool - squeeze thoroughly dry
- 1 1/2 packages frozen chopped spinach
- 3 cups Pepperidge herb bread crumbs
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Spinach Casserole

Chop onion and saute in 1/2 stick of butter until clear
- 2 packages frozen chopped spinach
- 1 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 -3 cups bread crumbs
Spinach Dip 1

Saute onions and garlic and add cream cheese
- 2 cans artichokes
- 2 bags frozen spinach chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
- 1 stick mozzarella cheese
- 1 stick Monterey jack cheese
- 1 stick Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- Romano or parmesan cheese
Spinach Dip 2

Mix and serve
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 can waterchestnuts chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
String Bean and Artichoke Casserole

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 F for about 20 minutes
- 1 can french cut string beans
- 1 can artichoke hearts quartered
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs Italian
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
String Bean Dinner

- 1 pound sausage
- 1 can string beans
- 4 potatoes cubed
- 1 onion chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
