Sheila's Meat Sauce

- 4 pounds ground meat
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 2 large green peppers chopped
- 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Shepard's Pie

Combine ground meat with egg, milk, bread crumbs, and seasonings to your taste
- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder
- milk for moistness
- mashed potatoes
- cheddar cheese, shredded
Shrimp and Imitation Crabmeat Stew

In a 4 cup microwavable measuring cup, mix flour and oil
- 2/3 cup flour
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup onion chopped
- 1/4 cup green pepper chopped
- 1/3 cup green onions chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/2 cups HOT water
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp peeled and cleaned
- 1 pound imitation crabmeat, lump style
- 1 (5 3/4 oz) can mushroom steak sauce
Shrimp Fettucine

Saute onions and bell pepper in butter
- 1 pound shrimp peeled
- 1 can crab meat
- 1 stick oleo
- onion, bell pepper, garlic, & parsley
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1/2 pint half and half
- 1/3 pound jalapeno cheese
- 1 pound fettuccine cooked
- Parmesan cheese
Shrimp Mold 1

Heat soup on low fire, add cream cheese, and stir until melted
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1 (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 package unflavored Knox gelatin
- 3/4 cup green onions finely chopped
- 3/4 cup celery finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned boiled shrimp chopped
Shrimp Mold 2

Heat cream cheese and soup until cheese is melted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 bunch green onions green only, chopped
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pound shrimp boiled and ground
- 1 dash tabasco sauce

Chop onions and bell pepper and saute in butter until onions are clear/wilted
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 pounds raw shrimp peeled
- 1 dash liquid crab boil
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 bunch shallots
- 4 cloves garlic or garlic powder
- seasonings to taste
Shrimp Pasta Ronnie

In olive oil, saute onions, bell pepper, and garlic until wilted
- 1 (12 oz) bag medium (No. 41) egg noodles cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 3 pounds shrimp 1/2 chopped fine
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 quart whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (6 oz) Parmesan & Romano Cheese
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can pitted ripe black olives chopped coarse
Shrimp Patties

- 8 potatoes peeled
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined chopped
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 2 eggs beaten
- salt & cayenne pepper to taste
