Mix oil and flour for roux: in a microwave safe dish, microwave on high for 5 minutes and stir
- 2 pounds shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup onions
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Shrimp Stuffed Chicken Breast

Saute celery and green onions in 1/4 cup margarine until tender
- 1/3 cup celery chopped fine
- 1/3 cup green onions chopped fine
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/8 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- dash of hot sauce
- 3/8 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 chicken breasts skinless, boneless
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 can cream of shrimp soup undiluted
- 1/2 can shrimp well rinsed
Simple Chocolate Mousse

Combine hot coffee and chocolate morsels in an electric blender
- 1/3 cup hot coffee
- 1 (6 oz) semisweet chocolate morsels
- 4 eggs separated
- 2 tablespoons Creme de Cacao
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar

Slush Punch

- 4 cups sugar
- 1 (3 oz) favorite flavor Jell-O
- 1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 (6 oz) frozen lemonade

- 1 1/2 ounces almond extract
- 2 large bottles of ginger ale

- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 3/4 cups flour sifted
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar

- cinnamon and sugar
Sock It To Me Cake

Filling: Combine 2 tablespoons of dry cake mix, nuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon and set aside
- 1 package Duncan Hines Butter Recipe cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Crisco oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons reserved dry cake mix
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk or lemon juice

- 1 spoon garlic
- 2 pounds meat

- Italian seasoning

- ounce fresh angel hair pasta
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 2 pounds ground meat
- 1 cup chopped meat
- 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- garlic salt
- basil
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

- 4 cans tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- dash oregano
- dash salt
