Lewis and Clark's White Chili

Cook chicken until tender and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 3 pounds cooked great northern beans canned or bottled
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
- 2 (4 oz) cans mild green chilis chopped
- 2 cups chicken stock or canned broth
- 20 ounces monterey jack cheese grated
- sour cream
- jalapeno peppers chopped
Lima Bean Casserole

Combine ingredients and pour into a greased casserole
- 4 cups cooked lima beans
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1 pinch ground allspice and cloves

Marinated Mushrooms

Wash mushroom. Saute in butter for 5 to 10 minutes, drain
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup oil, regular or olive
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 pound crab claw meat
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/4 bell pepper
- salt
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 loaf stale french bread
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon ground bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic
- pepper
- celery
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- garlic salt
Mary, Mary's Creamy Apple Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine cake mix and margarine
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup soft margarine
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 apples, peeled thinly sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
Maryland Crab Cakes

- 1 pound crab meat

- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish optional
