Viennese Berry Cream Fingers

CHILL medium bowl and beaters from electric mixer in refrigerator 15 minutes
- 1/3 cup Smucker's® Triple Berry Syrup, or any flavor Smucker's® Fruit Syrup, chilled
- 1 cup (1/2 pt.) heavy cream, chilled
- 1 pint fresh small strawberries, washed, stemmed and sliced lengthwise, 1/4-inch thick
- 2 (3 oz.) packages ladyfingers
- Smucker's® Sundae Syrup™ Chocolate Flavored Syrup, at room temperature
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Compound Butter Toppers

1. Combine 1 stick butter, with your favorite flavor suggestion
- Fresh Herb-fresh chopped herbs like chives, thyme, parsley, rosemary with some Parmesan cheese, a little minced garlic and coarse salt & pepper.
- Chipotle Sundried Tomato-sundried tomato pesto, chopped chipotle peppers, minced cilantro, lime juice, Cotija or Parmesan cheese and coarse salt.
- Basil Pesto-basil pesto, a little Parmesan cheese and some coarse salt and pepper,
- Red Wine & Shallot-sauté a little red wine with chopped shallots. Let cool then add fresh herbs like parsley, thyme, chives and a hint of coarse salt & pepper.

- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 3-4 tablespoons milk (as needed for consistency)
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- ice cream (for serving)
