Corn on the Cob

Rinse corn under cold water; wrap individually in foil
- 4 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Tomato Gratin

Preheat oven to 350 F. Rinse and core tomatoes, then cut into medium-size slices
- 9 to 10 multicolored tomatoes or green tomatoes
- ¾ cup chicken-flavored stuffing mix
- ½ cup diced red onion or sliced green onions
- 10 leaves fresh basil, snipped with scissors
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 stick butter, melted
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Baked Chicken

- 3 - 4 lbs chicken
- 1 cup butter
- 3 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
Tequila Shrimp

In bowl, mix garlic, sugar, oil, tequila, soy sauce and fresh lime juice
- 1 lb shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sugar
- 4 Tbs oil
- 4 Tbs tequila
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tsp lime juice plus more for serving

Cheesy Grilled Potatoes

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced chives
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Caesar Salad

- 2 cups croutons, garlic or caesar
- 3 qts Romaine, torn into bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T. worcestershire
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
