Mix first 4 ingredients together
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can chicken with rice soup
- 1 cup Uncle Ben's ric
- 1 whole chicken, cut up

In large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
- 1/2 lb Italian turkey sausage links, casings removed
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 kaiser rolls, split
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce, warmed
Turkey & Veggie Kabobs

Put potatoes & water in microwave safe bowl & cover with plastic wrap
- 12 oz turkey tenderloin, cut into 1" cubes
- 1/2 lb sweet potato, peeled & cut into 1" cubes
- medium mushrooms
- red onion, quartered
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried rosemary leaves

Heat the oil over medium-high heat in a large nonstick saucepot or Dutch oven
- Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 pound Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (32-ounce) container chicken broth
- 1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 ounces broken whole-wheat lasagna noodles (about 4 noodles)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 Whole-wheat breadsticks or grissini (optional
Mexican Lasagna

Dice the peppers and onions
- 1 Red and Orange Bell Pepper
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey (I used extra lean ground venison this night.)
- 1/4 cup Southwest Seasoning (recipe from 21 Day Fix book)
- Shredded Cheese – 6 blue containers worth
- Fat Free Refried Beans – 2 Red Containers worth
- 2 Small Cans Diced Chiles
- 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 12 Corn Tortillas
Baked Potato Dip

- 1 packet Ranch dip mix
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup bacon bits

Prepare rice according to package directions
- 1 6.2 ox pkg fast cooking long-grain wild rice mix
- 1/8 cup butter
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 2 1/2 cups chopped chicken taken off a roaster chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- sliced almonds

Instructions MIX sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (x2)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (x2)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (x2)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk

- 1 9" pastry shell, unbaked
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1 cup dark Karo syrup
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 tsp real vanilla
- 1 Tbs bourbon

- 1 Tbs flour
- 1 Tbs corn meal
- 1/4 cup cocoa (Hershey's)
- 1 stick real butter
- 1 tsp real vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 unbaked pie crust.
