Tacos in Pasta Shells

Cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain
- 18 dried jumbo pasta shells
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/4 lb ground beef
- 1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, cut up
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 16-oz jar salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Low-Fat Corn Muffins

In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/3 cups cornmeal
- 1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can (8 1/2 oz cream-style corn)
- 3/4 cup water
- egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
Almond Herb Chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 envelope savory herb with garlic instant-soup mix
- 1/2 cup almonds, finely chopped
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
Wurstfest Sausage Rolls

Combine yeast, warm water and sugar; set aside
- 1 package dry yeast or 1 cake yeast
- 1 tbsp warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 - 4 1/2 cups flour
- Wurst sausage cut in strips 1 1/2" x 1/2"
Spicy Asian Snack Mix

Heat oven to 250 degrees. Coat a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray
- 6 cups wheat cereal squares (such as Wheat Chex)
- 1 1/2 cups sesame sticks
- 1 1/4 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp hot salt (Morton's) or 3/4 tsp salt plus 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cups wasabi peas
Easy Strawberry Napoleons

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Have ready 3 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed
- 3 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed
- butter-flavored cooking spray
- cinnamon/sugar
- 1/2 cup whipped cream or non-dairy topping
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- sliced strawberries
- confectioners' sugar
Fire Crackers

Mix oil, cayenne pepper, garlic, dill weed, and ranch dressing mix in a small bowl
- 2 tubes saltine crackers
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 package dry Ranch Dressing mix
Bread Stuffing

Mix all the above together and pack lightly into turkey cavity
- 12 cups Pepperidge Farm thin white bread, torn into pieces
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tsp poultry seasoning
Stuffed Bell Peppers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 (15.25 oz) can niblet corn, drained
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (4-oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 green bell peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed
- 1 (14-oz) can chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Garnish: seeded and diced tomatoes
Caribbean Jerk Seasoning

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 2 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp ground allspice
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
