- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 box corn flakes
Twice-Baked Potatoes

Remove pulp from potato skins and mash with remaining ingredients Fill potato shells
- 10 to 12 baked potatoes
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. Velveeta cheese

- 1/2 # fresh mushrooms
- 1-1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 2 t.oregano
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. olive oil

Chicken Parisienne

- 4 Large or 6 medium chicken breasts (skin side up in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2" dish)
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 3 oz. can (2/3 cup) mushrooms and liquid
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry

- 1/4 c. mayonaise
- 24 melba toast rounds (plain flavored)

- 4 Shots Vodka

Wild Rice Salad

Boil rice in chicken stock until all stock is absorbed
- 1 1 1 c. Wild Rice
- 5 5 5 c. Chicken stock
- 1 1 1 c. Pecans
- 1 1 1 c. raisins
- Grated orange rind
- 4 4 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c. oil
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 orange juice
- 1 1 1 tsp. salt
Fresh Apple Dip (tastes like caramel)
