- I put this recipe on for those that may not have it.
- It is so good, we had it for lunch today. For LC it's just the best.
- The spices and Parmesan cheese take away the CarbQuick flavor.
- Char's Chicken Fried Steak
- 2 big cube steaks
- 1-2 egg whites
- 2 tbs.Frank's hot sauce or your fav.
- CarbQuick
- 2 tbs. Parmesan cheese (approx)
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Black pepper (opt)
- Bacon fat mixed with coconut oil (not virgin)
- Method:
- Put enough CarbQuick in shallow bowl to flour meat
- 2 tbs. Parmesan cheese
- Garlic and onion powder
- Black pepper if using
- Mix it up real good.
- Beat egg whites with the hot sauce
- Dunk meat in whites and let excess run off
- Press meat down hard on CQ mixture so that
