- 2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 3/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 1/4 Tablespoon Fresh Garlic, minced
- 1 1/4 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, minced
- 2 1/4 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 4 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice, frozen concentrate

- 200 g Japanese soba noodles
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 large carrots , peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 Savoy cabbage , roughly chopped
- 1 red onion or 4 spring onions , sliced

This quick noodle stir-fry packed with flavor is a very traditional and popular street food in Japan
- 1/2 head green cabbage
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 small crown broccoli
- 2 inches fresh ginger
- 1 large chicken breast
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil ( I only used 1 tablespoon)
- 2 (3-ounce) packages ramen noodles
- Seasoning packets discarded
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce, or less to taste
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon white sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup water or broth
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

Rinse yakisoba noodles in hot water according to package's directions
- 1 package (17 ounces) fresh yakisoba noodles
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly into strips
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 onion, peeled and sliced thinly
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 large carrot, peeled and julienned
- For the Yakisoba Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons sugar
