PA Dutch Sour Cream Raisin Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup thick sour cream
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups raisins, ground
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and turn into uncooked pie shell. Bake for 15 min at 450 degrees. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake another half-hour.
