Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 cup (245 g) plain yogurt
  • 2/3 cup 2/3 cup (160 ml) water
  • 2 2 bananas, peeled
  • 1 1 ripe pear, 7 oz. (200 g), halved & seeded
  • 2 cups 2 cups (280 g) fresh or frozen blackberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 1.
3. Switch machine to Start and slowly increase speed to Variable 10.
4. Blend for 30 seconds (or until desired consistency is reached) using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
