Lime Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lime jello
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
• 1 can chilled Carnation milk
• 1 lge pkg FFV chocolate cookie crumbs
• 3 tbls butter

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add lemon juice.

Add sugar and grated lemon rind.

Beat Carnation milk until stiff.(It has to be cold to do this)

Add in Jello mixture and beat again.
Add green cake coloring if desired.

Pour into crust of cookie crumbs mixed with butter.
