  • 28 OZ PLUM TOMATOES
  • 1/3 CUP DRY RED WINE
  • 1/4 CUP FLAT LEAF PARSLEY

CHICKEN ADD OIL INTO SAUCE PAN, COOK
TILL BROWN ,4-5 MINUTES PER SIDE REMOVE
CHICKEN, SET ASIDE ADD IN ONION, ADD
REST OF VEGGIES COOK FOR 10 MINS. STIR
ADD IN WINE AND CHICKEN REDUCE HEAT
SIMMER FOR 45 MINUTES
