- 1 personal watermelon
- 1 pint of strawberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1/2 lime
- 2 TB mint leaves, chopped
- 2 TB granulated sugar
- 2 TB of water

Step 1
In a small saucepan combine the sugar and water and cook over medium heat just until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and transfer to a medium bowl. Set in the refrigerator to cool completely. Once the sugar mixture is completely cool add in the mint and lime juice. Stir until combined.
Cut the personal watermelon in half, using a melon baller to scoop out the meat of the melon forming two serving bowls.
In a large bowl, combine the berries and watermelon. Pour the mint-lime syrup over the fruit and gently toss. Transfer to the watermelon bowls and serve.
