Ingredients
- 1c Buttermilk
- 1c Half & Half
- 8 Eggs
- 2c Cheese, two kinds
- 1cn Spinach, drained well
- 10 Slices Bacon, precooked, chopped
- 1 9” Pie Shell
- 1 9”x 9” Pan
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Brush pie shell with egg yolk.
Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
Mix buttermilk, half & half, eggs and cheeses.
Add spinach, bacon and spices.
Pour half in 9”x 9” pan and half in 9” pie shell.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
