Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 large ripe beefsteak tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cut avocados and tomatoes into chunks. Add lemon juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Toss lightly to coat. Taste; add more salt and pepper if needed. Serve!
