- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 cups carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1
1. make the dressing by combining yogurt, lemon juice, cinnamon and honey
2. add carrots, raisins and pineapple
