Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 1 cup whipping cream (substitute coffee creamer)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh green onions
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 8 oz thinly sliced smoke salmon (cut into thin strips)
- 1/2 tsp.salt and pepper
- grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
-Cook and drain pasta
-Combine cream, milk, dill, onions and lemon peel. Bring to a boil.
-Add to pasta put in salt and pepper and mix well
-Add salmon and mix well
=Top with cheese and parsley
