- 1 can (15 oz) lycheese, drained
- 1 container (8oz) fresh red grapefruit segments, drained.
- 8 ozs. frozen mango chunks, thawed
- 3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp bottle Key Lime juice
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- fresh mint sprigs

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a med bowl, combine pineapple, lychees, grapefruite and mango; set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, key lime juice and cayenne pepper; set aside.
3. Divide mixed fruit among 4 bowls. Top with yogurt mixture and raspberries. Garnish with fresh mint )optional)
