  • 1 container (16 oz) fresh pineapple wedges, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) lycheese, drained
  • 1 container (8oz) fresh red grapefruit segments, drained.
  • 8 ozs. frozen mango chunks, thawed
  • 3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp bottle Key Lime juice
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • fresh mint sprigs

1. In a med bowl, combine pineapple, lychees, grapefruite and mango; set aside.

2. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, key lime juice and cayenne pepper; set aside.
