My mom found this recipe and I love it even though I don't like canned cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tb lemon juice
  • 1 tsp brandy

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium sauce pan bring water to a boil. Add sugar, splenda, orange juice and lemon juice and return to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 3 minutes, stirring
often. add cranberries. continue to simmer for 10-12 minutes or until cranberries have popped. Remove from heat and stir in brandy. Chill before serving. Can refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
