  • 10 crackers, rolled very fine
  • 2 whole eggs, well beaten with a little milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 8 skewers

Step 1

Mix meat and spices, form on sticks. Dip into eggs, then roll in cracker crumbs. Brown in a pan, then bake about an hour at 325 degrees.

A double recipe will make about 16 with the same amount of egg mixture.
