Ingredients

  • 4 cups Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, crushed
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 1 cup Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the cereal, sugar and butter; mix well. Press into bottom and sides of a 9 inch tart or springform pan. Bake 8-9 minutes; cool completely.
Filling:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk. Slowly add juice, zest, and coloring; beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Poor into cooled crust. Chill 1 hour or until set.
