Ingredients
- 4 to 6 cube steaks
- 1/2 teas salt
- 1 1/2 teas to 1 3/4 teas pepper
- 1 c flour
- oil
- 1 c milk
- 2 eggs

Step 1
Mix flour with 1 teas pepper on a shallow plate. Dredge steaks in flour then beaten eggs, then flour again. Fry steaks in oil until golden brown. Can put in oven to keep crisp. Pour all but 2T oil and sprinkle 2T flour into the oil. Scrape browned bits int pan. Stir in milk until thick and add 1/2 teas pepper to gravy. You can add or put in less pepper depending on how hot you want your gravy. Spoon gravy over steaks.
