Ingredients

  • 1 3-3 1/2 lb chicken
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 T oregano
  • 2 T dry white wine
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken in half. Blend marinade of all remaining ingredients. Soak chicken for 10 minutes.

Bake in greased pan at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
