Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) chopped frozen spinach
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp thyme
- Dash of salt
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)

Step 1
Cook spinach and squeeze dry. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Chill 2 hours or more. Roll into 1" balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes or until slightly brown.
